DasFilament has launched a recycled PETG filament made from film production waste. This rPETG has the same properties as their standard PETG and has been specifically designed to produce unique colour changes. It is available in spools and refills.

The official annoucement translated:

“For a long time now, the waste that inevitably arises during film production has been a thorn in our side. We have now succeeded in recycling this waste and using it to produce filament that is of the same quality as our other filaments.
We design the production of rPETG in such a way that, instead of a uniform ‘colour paste’, unique colour changes are created.
We are starting with spools and refills in PETG (1.75 mm). The colours vary and are selected at random for shipping.”
